Q: Returns/Exchanges/Change-Orders

All returns, cancellations, and/or changes to an order will incur fees.

All custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Q: Out of Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. If any item is being drop-shipped, you may incur a fee to cancel it based off of the MFG's terms. You may cancel any order at any time prior to shipping, as long as it is not a custom built product such as (but not limited to), Forged wheels, custom headlights, custom powder coated parts, custom switches, etc.

Q: Wheel & Tire Package Returns & Exchanges

Wheel and tire packages that have not been installed and run on the vehicle and were purchased in the last 30 days may be returned. There will be a 15% restocking fee charged on all returns with a minimum restocking fee of $39.95. Tires MUST have the manufacturers ID sticker intact. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee or the return of wheel and tire packages that have been run on the vehicle. Mounting and Balancing charges will not be refunded. The return form below will be accompanied with ALL returns and exchanges before credit is given. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Q: Tire Returns & Exchange

Tires that have NOT been run on the vehicle and were purchased in the last 30 days may be eligible for returned. Tires MUST have the manufacturers ID sticker intact and on the tire in it’s original location. There will be a 15% restocking fee charged on all returns of tires with a minimum restocking fee of $39.95. Tires MUST have the manufacturer sticker intact. There will be no exceptions to the restocking fee or the return of wheel and tire packages that have been run on the vehicle. Mounting and Balancing charges will not be refunded. The return form below MUST be accompanied with ALL returns and exchanges before credit is given. We provide the form once and RA# has been provided.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Restocking fees will be charged on ALL exchanges, no exceptions.

Q: Lift Kits, shocks, leveling kits Return Policy

Lifts, shocks and leveling kits maybe return with prior authorization only if they have not been installed/mounted to the vehicle and must be in their original boxes and be purchased in the last 30 days. Customer will be responsible for any shipping costs and there will be a 15% restocking fee. On custom orders the return MUST be approved and IF approved there will be a 35% restocking fee and all return shipping will be paid for by the person returning the kit. No refunds will be provided until the parts have been accepted and inspected. All damage incurred during return shipping is the the responsibility of the customer.


FAQ

Q: What is the difference between a leveling kit and a lift kit?

Typically a leveling kit will come with front suspension components only, bringing the front of the vehicle up level with the rear of the truck. Most lift kits will have front and rear lift components and will lift and level the vehicle

Q: How big of a tire and wheel can I fit on my vehicle?

This is a question we get daily. It is hard to guarantee fitment as each vehicle can sit a little different after suspension modification. Offset of your wheels is key to fitting a larger tire on your vehicle. Give us a call to discuss wheel and tire sizes and what will fit or what will require trimming or modification. We never guarantee wheel/tire fitment.

Q: Does my vehicle need a differential drop?

This is a very common question that depends on the vehicle and how much front lift you have on it. A good rule of thumb is anything over 3.5" of lift should be recommended and in some cases required.

Our recommendation is to give us a call so we can recommend the proper setup to ensure there are no CV axle concerns due to the height of the lift and vehicle requirement.
